BEING PRESENT IN THE MOMENT!

Have you ever spent time with someone and your mind is elsewhere? If your married, you might want to ask your wife!.

I know I have been guilty of this on numerous occasions. In today's unstable world it is very easy to get distracted by everything around us and neglecting the present moment.

This very moment, the time that you are taking to read this, is the only moment you have. We must learn to appreciate every part of our day. In creating a balanced life, I have found that by being too focused on the future I am missing out on life-whether it is time with my wife, kids, business, etc.

Today is cash, tomorrow is a promissory note.

Just a short note to keep you focused on your present life.
