DO YOU HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR TIME?

D
You lose control of your time when you:

1. Start late for work or an appointment.
2. Arrive late, making excuses.
3. Allow interruptions to detour your planned activities.
4. Become rushed and pressured and, therefore, under stress.
5. See unforeseen events as “big deals”.
6. Become the victim with thoughts like “why me?”
7. Feel exhausted and depleted at the end of the day.
8. Finish your day complaining about what went wrong.
9. Measure your day in terms of what didn’t get done instead of what did.

You maintain control of your time when you:

1. Plan your activities a day in advance.
2. Prioritize those activities.
3. Start on time.
4. Show up on time.
5. Refuse to get side tracked.
6. Eliminate disruptions.
7. Don’t get emotionally upset.
8. Maintain a positive attitude in all things.
9. Plan your work- then work your plan.
10. Complete your day by setting your agenda for the next day.

Where do you see yourself?
